Founded to fix how business software gets delivered.

Happen Software was founded in South Africa in 2016 by engineers who had watched too many businesses suffer through blown timelines, failed implementations, and vendors who vanished after launch. The idea was simple: senior engineers, a clear scope, and honest progress turn software into an advantage instead of a cost.

Ireland and South Africa, one standard.

We opened in Ireland in 2023 to work with clients across Europe, with the same team and the same standards. Our reputation was built on the systems businesses run on every day, and we now bring that same engineering discipline to AI.
