Born from a refusal to accept the status quo.

Happen Software was founded in South Africa in 2016 with a singular directive: fix the broken delivery model of business software. After two decades in the industry, our founder grew tired of watching companies suffer through bloated timelines, failed implementations, and "churn-and-burn" vendor relationships. He knew that with disciplined engineering and radical transparency, software development could be a competitive advantage, not a stress-inducing cost center.

Global reach, same rigour.

We expanded to Ireland and Europe in 2023, scaling our operations but keeping our standards absolute. We built our reputation on foundational business systems that last, and today, we apply that same engineering rigor to Artificial Intelligence.
