When you submit the contact form, your IP address, browser details (user agent), and the submission time are included in the enquiry email we receive. Your IP address is also held briefly in the memory of our server to limit repeated submissions, and is not stored after that.
If you accept analytics in our cookie banner, we also collect pseudonymous usage information, such as the pages you view and how you found us, using cookies or similar technologies (see section 9). IP address storage is switched off for analytics.

- Our hosting and infrastructure provider, which serves the website
- Our email provider, which delivers contact form enquiries to us
- Cloudflare, Inc., which provides Turnstile to protect the contact form from spam and bots
- PostHog (EU cloud), which provides website analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies
- Professional advisers where necessary (for example legal or accounting)
We also give access to our own team members in Ireland and South Africa so they can respond to enquiries. All third parties are required to process personal data securely and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area (for example to Cloudflare in the United States or to our team in South Africa), we rely on an EU adequacy decision, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, as appropriate.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including:
- Responding to enquiries
- Maintaining business records
- Complying with legal obligations
In practice:
- Contact enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you
- If an enquiry becomes a client relationship, records are kept for the period required by our contract and by law (for example, tax records for six years)
- Analytics data (if you consent) is normally kept for 12 months
- Your cookie choice is kept for up to 180 days
When personal data is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymised.

We use only strictly necessary storage (your cookie choice and Cloudflare Turnstile on the contact form) unless you accept analytics. We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. However, no internet-based system can be completely secure.
